We prioritize responsible sourcing and strive to continually improve our practices. When you have the experience and capabilities to enhance sustainable practices across the industry, it's simply the right thing to do. Our commitment to ethical practices—like sourcing natural mica and other minerals—reflects our dedication to creating a positive impact on communities and ecosystems.

As a founding member of the Responsible Mica Initiative (RMI) we are fully committed to responsible mica sourcing in India. We have introduced unique GPS-based systems to track the mica bags during filling and transport; we run schemes of announced and un-announced audits of mines and processors, all to ensure optimal transparency in our supply chain.

We prioritize sourcing programs that anticipate evolving legislation and align with our company values. Compliance with EU and USA supply chain laws mandates transparency regarding our ESG operations, including human rights due diligence and environmental considerations.

We are one of the founding member companies of the Traceability Alliance for Sustainable Cosmetics (TRASCE), through which we seek to improve traceability in key ingredient and packaging supply chains.

Holistic sustainability

We approach sustainability in our supply chains holistically, working toward effective solutions for complex challenges such as resource management, waste reduction, and supply chain transparency.

We aim to tackle complex—and often interlinked—supply chain issues holistically, by balancing our approach to both environmental and social issues. We take pride in the robust systems we have in place to mitigate any reputational risks for our customers.

Through our responsible sourcing program, we consider a wide range of topics, including human rights, due diligence, and environmental issues. We evaluate natural, agricultural, and bio-based ingredients—such as palm oil, algae, and bisabolol—while carefully balancing their benefits against their environmental impacts.

Our customers rightly have high standards and we're proud to meet, if not exceed, them. To continue driving this forward, we push for industry-wide harmonization of ethical practices, balancing the need for transparency with commercial goals.
